G'day and welcome to Flamin' Galah a delicious and sessionable IPA packed with the Australian hop, Galaxy.

Galaxy is a hop that has joined the ranks of superstar hops like Citra and has rapidly become a world renowned flavour and aroma hop with striking and distinctive citrus and passion fruit character.

During the brewing of this juicy beer, two generous Galaxy hop additions are made towards the end of the boil with a third uber generous addition made at flame out. The brew is left to steep for twenty minutes or so before running off to the fermenter. A fourth and final super mega uber generous dry hop addition is made after fermentation is finished, at a slightly lower temperature, before cold crashing and preparing for packaging.

Due to its popularity this amazing hop can be difficult, not to mention very expensive, to acquire. BUT, as you'll discover in this superb beer, it's absolutely worth it.
