Our Gin & Other Spirits

Premium Gins, Vodkas and other high quality spirits distilled by hand in small batches with our own design, custom built reflux still. All of our finely crafted spirits contain locally grown botanicals, with many coming from our own distillery gardens.

We devote a lot of time developing our recipes, carefully blending our botanicals to create flavoursome and aromatic gins. We generally avoid using flavoured tonics and prefer to mix with a more traditional, good quality, Indian Tonic however we do make one exception with our Orange & Bergamot Gin. That pairs very well with the Clementine Tonic of a well known mixer brand.

Limousin Dry Gin. IWSC Award Winner!

Appearance: Clear
Alcohol: 40%

A classic Dry Gin with a local twist. Notes of citrus and spices with a delicate lavender and hazelnut finish.

An exotic blend of sixteen botanicals are vapour infused into this delicious and smooth gin during distillation. We then allow the finished gin to rest for a month before bottling, labelling and batching each individual bottle by hand.

Enjoy served with a quality Indian or Mediterranean Tonic as a classic G&T over plenty of ice with a slice of pink grapefruit, orange or lemon zest.

Orange & Bergamot Gin

Appearance: Orange
Alcohol: 37.5%

A triple distilled, generational gin bursting with orange flavour and subtle bergamot. Notes of citrus and background spices with a fruity and delicate finish.

The base of this gin is collected from the bottom of the off-set vapour infusion chamber of our still during the distillation of our Limousin Dry Gin. This small quantity of high proof spirit is supercharged with flavours and aromas however it is a pale green/brown colour due to its direct contact with the botanicals in the chamber.

This spirit, collected from the distillation of Limousin Dry Gin is blended with the similar by-product of the previous distillation of Orange & Bergamot Gin along with a neutral base spirit. This blend is then re-distilled with additional juniper, a lot of orange zest, orris root, bergamot oil and bergamot mint from the distillery gardens.

Enjoy served with a quality Indian or Clementine Tonic as a classic G&T over plenty of ice with a slice of orange.

A Generational Gin

As a result of the process described above, every new batch of this gin contains elements of every previous batch of both Limousin Dry Gin and Orange & Bergamot Gin that we've distilled. This is what is known as a Generational Gin with each generation increasing in the concentration of flavours and aromatics each time it is distilled. Each new batch is a little bit of our history all in one.

Lemon Balm & Sandalwood Gin

A classic Dry Gin with the delicate citrus notes of Lemon Balm, grown in the distillery gardens and heady, spicy notes of Sandalwood.

An exotic blend of botanicals are vapour infused into this delicious and smooth gin during distillation. We then allow the finished gin to rest for a month before bottling, labelling and batching each individual bottle by hand.
