A light malty base with a background sweetness of pale crystal malt. A moderate, crisp and clean bitterness of Summit hops packed with juicy, fruity flavours and aromas of tropical fruits from American Citra Hops and a delicate peach note of English Archer hops with a subtle background note of fruity yeast esters from the fermentation.

The gentle carbonation ensures the delicate, subtle flavours and aromas stay the course, and aren't thrown out of the glass in a violent eruption of foam and fizz.
